Best Places to Watch Fireworks

4th of July Celebration Canhassen

This annual celebration is a year-round topic of conversation in the community and is renowned throughout the state. Participation levels top 10,000 people per day.

 

Activities are scheduled for July 2, 3, and 4.

 

All events are held in downtown Chanhassen at City Center Park, 7700 Market Boulevard, unless noted otherwise.

4th of July Parade, Concert, and Fireworks – Edina

From youth groups marching to seniors dancing, the Edina 4th of July Parade offers excitement for all ages.

 

Parade begins at 10 am behind Edina City Hall, 4801 W 50th St, Edina, MN, and ends at the US Bank parking lot at 50th St and Halifax Ave.

Full Event Schedule:

7:30 am – Firecracker Runs (1 mile, 5K & 10K)

9:00 am – Sand Sculpture Contest

11:00 am – Water Street Kids’ Parade and Popsicle Social

4:00 pm – Band Performance

5:30 pm – Performance

7:30 pm –  Band Performance

9:55 pm – The National Anthem

Dusk – The best fireworks on Lake Minnetonka!
