They have the longest brunch hours and the earliest happy hour in town (brunch ends and happy hour begins at 3pm). Whether you’re coming in or out of Yellowstone, this Bistro is located right near the entrance in Dubois. The ambience is perfectly calming and the food is said to be out of this world for such a small and relatively underwhelming town. The freshness and creativity, will have you giving your hats off to the chef; one can tell a lot of effort goes into keeping this place unique and extraordinary.
